Trouble with the Serial devices (such as DG-100, Garmin, etc)

We have noticed a problem, starting with 10.7.1 or 10.7.2 of Lion which is causing difficulties with the AppStore version of LoadMyTracks.   This problem is manifesting itself as a problem communicating with various devices and results in either an error message or a long wait when retrieving data from a device.

If you experience this with the AppStore version, please visit the LoadMyTracks web site and download the stand-alone version of the software, as it does not have App Sandboxing turned on.

We are working with Apple on this issue.
