Apple made some security changes in 10.9.5 (and in Yosemite-10.10) which tighten the code signing requirements, rendering older versions of code signatures invalid for use on the more recent operating systems.
ClueTrust is supportive of the enhancement of the security model, however it will require the use of Cartographica version 1.4.3 or more recent on those operating systems.
