After March 19th, some users have reported problems using Bing Maps and Geocoding services. In most of these cases, the error message is "Invalid Key" or similar.
If you've experienced this, we apologize for the inconvenience. This appears to be related to a change in our key management system. If you encounter this problem, please re-activate the software license by following this procedure:
- Start **Cartographica**
- Choose **Cartographica > Licensing…**
- Enter your key information exactly as it appears in your purchase or registration
If you cannot find your key or you have trouble, please visit Lost Key and retrieve your key information.
