Add Next and Previous buttons on data edits

Rather than making the user hit the back button and then select the next question.  Simplify the flow to allow the user to also choose to hit an up or down arrow (or text) button to move to the next entry item.  Maybe when you hit the last question it auto  returns the user to the list of answers (Back).  Would save the user a bunch of clicking and thinking.
